By submitting an application to the PRIX OSIPOVA – Cambridge International Contemporary Edition 2026, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as all provisions set forth in the Official Rules of the event.
An application shall only be considered valid upon completion of the registration form and confirmation of payment of the applicable registration fee.
Participation is open exclusively to professional contemporary dance artists who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age by the date of the competition.
The organisation reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the selection process.
All registration fees must be paid in full through the official payment methods provided by the organisation.
Registration fees are specified in the Official Rules.
Registration fees are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Failure to attend, voluntary withdrawal, inability to travel, visa refusal, or personal, professional, or health-related circumstances shall not entitle the participant to a refund of any fees paid.
Once payment has been confirmed and the application submitted, no full or partial refund shall be granted.
Exceptions may be considered by the General Direction in extraordinary circumstances supported by appropriate evidence; however, such consideration shall not constitute an obligation to provide a refund.
By participating in the event, the participant grants, free of charge and without temporal or territorial limitation, permission for the use of their image, voice, name, and audiovisual recordings produced throughout all stages of the competition.

The participant declares that they are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the use of choreographies, soundtracks, musical compositions, texts, or any other elements protected by copyright.
The organisation shall not be held responsible for any third-party claims arising from the unauthorised use of protected material.
Any legal liability resulting from copyright infringement shall rest solely with the participant.
The participant declares that they are physically fit to take part in the activities of the event.
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate health insurance, travel insurance, and any other coverage deemed necessary during their stay in the United Kingdom.
The organisation will provide only basic first-aid assistance during the official days of the competition.

The organisation shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, refusal of entry into a country, or any issues arising from immigration procedures.

Personal data provided by participants shall be used exclusively for administrative, operational, promotional, and institutional purposes related to the event.
The organisation undertakes to process such information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and other relevant regulations in force within the United Kingdom.
The decisions of the jury shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal. No appeals shall be accepted regarding results, rankings, awards, or artistic evaluations conducted during the competition.
The organisation reserves the right to interpret, supplement, and resolve any matters not expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions or in the Official Rules.
The decision of the General Direction shall be final in all matters relating to the event.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from participation in the event shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of England, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
