By submitting an application to the PRIX OSIPOVA — International Virtual Selection 2026, the participant declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as all provisions set out in the Official Rules of the event.
The application will only be considered valid once the application form has been completed in full and payment of the applicable fee has been confirmed.
The Organisation reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the selection process.
The applicable application fees are set out in the Official Rules. Application fees are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
The participant’s absence, voluntary withdrawal, inability to travel, visa refusal, or personal, professional or health-related circumstances shall not entitle the participant to a refund of any amounts paid.
By participating in the event, the candidate and/or their legal guardian grants, free of charge, for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of the Competition and worldwide, authorisation for the use of the candidate’s image, voice, name and audiovisual recordings produced during all stages of the Competition.
This authorisation includes, but is not limited to, photographs, video recordings, live broadcasts, social media, official websites, institutional and promotional materials, and printed and digital publications. No financial compensation shall be payable for the use of such materials.
The participant and/or their legal guardian is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the use of choreographies, soundtracks, musical compositions, texts or any other copyright-protected material.
PRIX OSIPOVA shall not be liable for any third-party claims arising from the unauthorised use of protected material. Any legal liability resulting from such infringement shall rest solely with the participant.
The participant declares that they are physically fit to take part in the activities of the event.
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining health insurance, travel insurance and any other coverage they consider necessary during their stay in the United Kingdom.
All costs relating to air travel, ground transportation, accommodation, meals, travel insurance, visas and immigration documentation shall be the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their legal guardian.
The Organisation shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, refusal of entry into the country or any other issues arising from immigration procedures.
The Organisation reserves the right to change dates, times, venues, jury members, guest teachers and the artistic programme whenever necessary for the proper operation of the event. Such changes shall not give participants any right to compensation.
The Organisation shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, armed conflicts, government restrictions, transportation disruptions or emergency situations.
The Organisation shall not be liable for loss of, damage to or misplacement of personal belongings; accidents occurring outside the official activities of the event; issues arising from transportation, accommodation or services provided by third parties; or technical failures affecting digital platforms used by participants.
Personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for administrative, operational, promotional and institutional purposes related to the event.
The Organisation undertakes to process such information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and other applicable laws and regulations in force in the United Kingdom.
The decisions of the Jury shall be final and binding. No appeal may be made in relation to results, rankings, awards or artistic assessments made during the Competition.
The Organisation reserves the right to interpret, supplement and resolve any matters not expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions or in the Official Rules.
The decision of the General Direction shall be considered final in all matters relating to the event.
These Terms and Conditions and the Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from participation in the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
